Paul Tartaglione

Paul Tartaglione is GDIT’s Chief Growth Officer and senior vice president, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. He is responsible for GDIT's enterprise growth strategy and business development initiatives.

Paul has 20 years of experience helping federal customers navigate complex challenges and drive more efficient and effective outcomes using artificial intelligence (AI), next-generation data solutions, cybersecurity, advanced software development, and more. His experience spans the complete consulting life cycle from initial diagnosis through design and implementation.

Prior to joining GDIT, Paul was a senior vice president leading growth and execution for a division at Booz Allen Hamilton. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and health and society, and a master of business administration degree, both from the University of Rochester.
