SRA’s engineers apply their broad array of technical expertise to help organizations design, build, maintain, and improve their structures, devices, systems, materials and processes. We provide logistics solutions to help customers model, analyze and visualize the flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet their mission requirements.

Examples of SRA support includes:

  • C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance):  C4ISR technology enables SRA to integrate data from different sensors, computers and other resources to maximize situational awareness and provide information to a battlefield/theater of operation across air, land, sea, space and cyberspace.
  • Logistics Support:  SRA provides a range of logistics solutions, primarily to customers within the defense market, to help enable them to be mission-ready, ensuring that the right assets such as food, fuel, energy, uniforms, medical supplies and more, are available in the right place at the right time. Our expertise includes Logistics IT, Transportation and Asset Visibility.
  • Modeling & Simulation (M&S):  M&S is the process of creating and analyzing a prototype of a physical model to predict its performance in the real world, and is used to help designers and engineers understand whether, under what conditions, and in which ways a part could fail and what loads it can withstand. In 2007, SRA formalized its commitment to environmental stewardship and officially launched the Go Green initiative. Since then, we have applied sustainability practices to many of our business operations and have identified, assessed, and implemented initiatives to help us operate more efficiently and with a lighter environmental footprint.

To be even more responsive and competitive in a changing business landscape, and with our federal clients ramping up their sustainability efforts under Executive Order 13693 (and previously under Executive Order 13514), SRA has taken many steps to enhance SRA Go Green:

  • adopted a corporate-wide environmental management policy to formally document SRA's commitment to sustainability
  • appointed a Corporate Sustainability Director to promote and encourage environmental management and sustainability choices and practices throughout all facets of the organization
  • initiated a training program for Go Green and corporate sustainability
