As Chief Human Resources Officer, John Reing is responsible for leading CSRA's HR organization in support of the company’s talent strategy and business priorities. In his role as a business leader, he drives business performance and results focused on creating value for the employees, customers and shareholders.

John has over 20 years of diverse experience leading HR in consulting, products and services environments, with a strong track record of building high performing HR organizations. His areas of expertise include HR strategy, executive compensation, benefits, talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, labor relations, employee relations, performance management, rewards & recognition and HR metrics and analysis.

Prior to joining CSRA, he was the executive Vice President of Human Resources at SRA International. He has also served as the vice president of HR & Administration for BAE Systems, Support Solutions Sector and Vice President of Global Compensation, HRIS & International Assignments out of the U.S. Before joining BAE Systems, he was the director of the Washington, D.C. Area Human Resources Consulting Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a team leader at the Hay Group Compensation Consulting Practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DeSales University. During his career he has completed several corporate executive training programs and obtained his Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and his Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
