That’s why we are excited to announce that CSRA’s president and CEO, Larry Prior, has joined the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace, the community, and the country.

By joining the program we demonstrate our desire to come together and tap into the inherent promise that everyone can bring their best self to work and unleash their full potential.

Earlier this year, CSRA adopted a point of view on diversity and inclusion that shapes our decisions and actions, improves the employee experience, and motivates us to provide innovative and imaginative next-generation solutions for our customers.

Diversity is more than we can see. It is having a wealth of individual and organizational backgrounds, beliefs, and skills that reflect the many cultures woven together by our talent, teams, customers and partners.

Inclusion is an environment where all employees have the opportunity to thrive, advance their careers, and champion our corporate mission, vision, and values.

We aim to be the industry leader, so we relentlessly strive to build a culture where our uniqueness and commonalities are respected and recognized.  It is what fuels our imagination to Think Next. Now.

As part of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge, CSRA has committed to the following actions:

  • We will continue to cultivate our workplace to support open dialogue on complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion - CSRA has eight Employee Resource Groups that provide a safe gathering space for conversation and support for those who share a common interest and wish to help us drive change for diversity and inclusion.  Learn more about our ERGs.
  • We will make unconscious bias education available to everyone – CEO Action defines unconscious bias education as resource to help individuals recognize, acknowledge, and minimize potential blind spots that may have us making unconscious choices. CSRA’s iLearn on-demand platform offers many self-learning resources for our employees to explore the important topics surrounding diversity and inclusion.
  • We will be transparent in sharing our successes and challenges with diversity and inclusion – The CEO Action web page has a comprehensive list of actions each company has initiated as part of their D&I programming. We’ve submitted three acitions so far and will continue to report and review our activities as we go.  Visit our Diversity & Inclusion regularly to see the latest about our progress.
